- Access education
- Study streams offered include Adult Literacy and Numeracy, Adult Tertiary Preparation, English as a Second Language, English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students, and Migrant Education programs.
- Commerce
- A diversity of subject areas are offered including: Body Corporate, Business, Human Resources, Justice Administration, Management, Marketing, Office Administration, Real Estate, Retail, Small Business, Assessment and Workplace Training and others.
- Humanities
- Study streams include: Aged Care, Beauty Therapy, Child Studies, Fitness, Hairdressing, Horticulture, Human Services, Music, Nursing, Social Work and others. Our Humanities Faculty also manages the successful Academy of Natural Therapies, which provides training in Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Massage, and Homeopathy.
- Technology
- Two main streams of study are offered by this faculty, the increasingly popular Information Technology stream including : CAD, multi media and software applications, as well as key programs in Trade related areas such as: Automotive, Carpentry, Construction, Electrotechnology and Plumbing.
- Tourism, Hospitality and Marine
- Major study areas in Hospitality (Front Office, Food and Beverage, Cookery) Tourism, Marine Studies, and Surf, Dive and Golf Management. Two restaurants and a bakery are operated by the Faculty at the Ashmore Campus, with products available to all members of the community.
